Trista is a veteran who was living in a home that was not fit to raise her girls. Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas rebuilt the home, which had no working plumbing, from the ground up. DwD provided the interiors. Trista has been promoted at work and enjoys celebrating life at home with her family.

Shemika and her two little boys have come such a long way from sleeping in her car and weathering homelessness. While going through the program at Interfaith Housing Coalition, she saved $13,000 and moved into a house with her children upon graduating. Since moving there in 2014, Shemika has excelled at her job and is proud to be the first person in her family to provide a home for her family.

This home interior was designed for a very young mother and her two little girls. After completing the program at Promise House, this mom has set out to become self sufficient and provide a home for her daughters.
