After earning her degree in interior design and working for more than a decade to hone her skills, Lisa Robison knew she was ready to use her talents and passion to help her community. She founded Dwell with Dignity in 2009 with the mission of using design to improve the lives of families living in homelessness or poverty. She drew on her marketing degree to create the business plan that has allowed Dwell with Dignity to experience tremendous growth since 2009 and provide services to more than 70 families.
As President of Dwell with Dignity, Lisa oversees the strategic development of the organization as well as the growth strategy and overall operations. In her role as brand ambassador she travels nationally speaking at conferences, making TV appearances, conducting interviews, and connecting with small groups to advocate for Dwell with Dignity. And of course, Lisa is hands-on when it comes to designing the homes of Dwell with Dignity’s beneficiary families.

Kim Turner is the Vice President of Dwell with Dignity. In 2009, her friend and former design school classmate, Dwell with Dignity founder Lisa Robison, recruited Kim to help create and install the organization’s second home redesign. For nearly seven years, Lisa and Kim have been the driving design force behind Dwell with Dignity’s 70+ cozy design transformations for families escaping homelessness.
As Vice President, Kim is deeply involved in cultivating relationships with interior designers, home furnishings showrooms, industry organizations, and the media to increase awareness of and support for Dwell with Dignity’s mission. She is also spearheading Dwell with Dignity’s creation of an Atlanta chapter and travels there frequently to meet with new supporters and beneficiary families
